Tyray knew he had to get Darrell back for humiliating him in front of the whole school. Thanks to Darrell now Tyray is getting bullied by other students and Tyray wasn’t going to let this keep going on he had to put an end to all this and make things go back to the way they were before Darrell had come to Bluford High. He knew he had to get his revenge and make Darrell suffer and fear Tyray once again!

Tyray couldn’t stand the feeling of being bullied by people he use to bully all the time to feel good about himself he wanted his revenge and his focus was all on Darrell Mercer. Tyray hated going home to his dad who would beat him when he was mad and when Tyray got into trouble at school. He hated his mom for not leaving his dad years ago Tyray couldn’t stand the fact to see his mom get beat sometimes and being treated bad by his dad. His dad has been acting that way sense his other son Warren has been in jail for over a year. Tyray used his brother they used to do everything together until warren started hanging out with his friends doing bad things now warren is stuck in jail and telling Tyray to stay out of trouble. The next day Tyray thought the only way to get his respect back from everyone was to get a gun he found this guy named bones who was a whole lot of trouble and knew he would give Tyray a gun. After he got done talking to Bones the only way to get the gun was to give him $50 Tyray would sweet talk this girl named Lark into getting $50 and it worked. Once Tyray got the gun he had earned his respect back just like how he wanted to and now he just had to get Darrell back. Lark didn’t know Tyray was using her to get a gun but when she heard the rumors she had to have a talk with Tyray. She asked him if he had a gun he lied and said no he didn’t. Lark told Tyray to just talk it out with Darrell she told him where he would be working at the grocery store tonight. Tyray knew that that was the perfect time to get his revenge back and that night when he saw Darrell he knew what he had to do. What happened to Darrell that night? Did Tyray have the nerve to kill Darrell?

I recommend you to read this book because it’s interesting you want to know exactly what happens to Darrell at the end of the book if he ends up being okay or if he ends up dying. You can really connect to this book and know exactly what Tyray is feeling if you have ever been in the situation.  I rate this book five stars!
