The book I read was Shooter by Dean Myers. Dean Myers has
written other books as well. Another book by dean Myers is Monster. This book
compares to monster because they are written in similar styles. You read them
like a script. It looks like somebody was recording or writing down everyones
lines. The theme of the book shooter is bullying.
The story shooter is about a couple kids in high school that
get bullied, and are just not very popular around their school because of the
way they act. The main characters: Cameron, Leonard, and Carla all have weird
ideas about things and speak their minds by making a group that plans events to
show what they think. The book is police interviews, and entries from Leonard's
journal.
I would recommend the book to people because it is
interesting. It s about a topic I think everybody should know about. The type
of person I would recommend this to is somebody who likes mystery, and crime.
