Leviathan is the book I read. It is authored by Scott
Westerfield. Leviathan is the first book in its series. Leviathan is a book
about WWI but technologically advanced. Leviathan stars two main characters
Alek and Deryn.
Alek is a prince without a throne. On the run from his own
people. He only has a fighting machine and a small band of men.
Deryn is a girl disguised as a man in the British air force.
She must fight for her cause – and protect her secret- at all costs.
Alek and Deryn are thrown together on the same aircraft, the
Leviathan. Though fighting together, their lives are completely different. They
are enemies with everything to lose, yet somehow drawn together by fate.
Leviathan is an action packed, suspenseful thriller made for
fantasy lovers. Most readers will enjoy this book. I would absolutely recommend
it.
