Eyeshield 21

The title of the book that I read is called “Eyeshield 21”. The author of the book is “ Riichiro Inagaki”. Eyeshield 21 is a Japanese manga series. The series tells the story of Sena Kobayakawa,”an introverted boy who joined a football club…..” the club need more people so he was forced to join. Riichiro Inagaki have only wrote Eyeshield 21. I don't regret reading this book and also watch the anime.

The book I read is about a boy named Sena Kobayakawa. Sena is a weak person, but he have a special power, his special power is running away. Sena gets bully a lots, then one day he got chase by some bully he ran so fast that Yoichi Hiruma saw him. Yoichi Hiruma is the captain of football club, he saw Sena running away from the bully he was fast so Yoichi liked him. Later on he was forced by Yoichi to joined the football club because they need a running back. Sense when he started to join football he started to make new friend, Yoichi also give Sena a nickname Eyeshield. Yoichi Hiruma got the name Eyeshield from a famous football player. After he joined the team he have faces strong enemies in the field, even though it's tough he still have his friend to support him. Their one powerful opponents that  Sena have to face off against, he was stronger than Sena, he have the same speed as Sena but powerful than Sena. Even though he lose to him he ever give up, his whole team went on to the Unite State to training. When they came back from training who will know will Sena defeat Shin the opponent that have defeated Sena before.

I think people should read this book because it teaches you not to give up and not to be afraid of thing coming your way. You should read it because it show how sports are and how hard they try to win a title, how much effort they put into it. If you are interested in action, comedy, shounen, sports. If you are interesting in those type of book you should read it and after that go watch the anime.

Eyeshield 21

Eyeshield 21 is a manga series about American football and the author is Riichiro Inagaki. The main plot of the series of Eyeshield 21 is that this kid named Sena Kobayakawa, he struggle with every match as a running back on the team called Demons Devil Bats. Their dream is to get to the Christmas Bowl ( I think they was supposed to be Super Bowl but I think they didn't want to get copyrighted) and win it. As time goes by many battle was won many battle was lost just get to the Christmas Bowl. This is the main plot of the story, if you like go ahead and read it if you don't like it keep on reading.

Eyeshield 21 is about a freshman that is being kind of bullied when he was a little kid, up to high school. Sena was just a average high schooler until a guy named of Hiruma Yoichi finds him running away from thugs. Yoichi then finds his talent which is running, so he tries to find a way to get him on the team. Sena only wanted to be the manager because he lacks confidence when playing such a harsh sport. When Sena is finally on the team Yoichi decides to make him a running back, and with Sena’s talent Yoichi also decides that Sena should wear a eyeshield to cover up his identity where he got the name Eyeshield 21 the most greatest running back of all. That's how'd it all began for the team.

To me, Eyeshield was the best sports manga I ever read. I like it because I also play football but you don't have to like or play football to like this manga. This series allows you get to know each and every character in the story and once you gets to know them you'll probably fall in love with each one of them. If I were to read this story again I would do it again and be happy reading it. If you decides that this is a book you want to read later than do it and if you decides that you don't want to read this then don't.
