My book is Homeboyz by Alan Lawrence Sitomer he has made a
couple different books about people lives and how they are treated differently.
Homeboyz is about a kid trying to give revenge to a gang because they killed
his sister.
It's about Teddy he is trying to give revenge because of his
sisters drive by. The characters are Teddy, Tina, Mrs.Anderson, Pops, Micah,
and Officer Diaz. Teddy got caught trying to give revenge and got arrested then
he went to court they just made do probation hours with Officer Diaz and he met
Micah there so Micah found out about Teddy’s problem so he got jumped to join a
gang just for Teddy and that's when Teddy found out it was not the gang he
tried giving revenge to. So he found out who it was and he told the guy they
have a mission so he took him far away and put a gun on his head but then he
ended up not killing him and took him home and the guy saw his wife dead and
put a gun on Teddy’s head but then the guy said never mind I want to die with
my pregnant wife and later Teddy fought the gang leader because he was the one
who sent him.
I like this book a lot and recommend it because it was
really good it was about what gang violence did to his family.
