Pushing Perfect

The book I read be Michelle Falkoff was called "Pushing Perfect" and it was actually my first time reading a book from her and it was different because usually I would not read those kind of books.

This book was mostly about this one girl named Kara Winters and she was always perfect no matter what. A perfect life, she gets good grades, she don't ever mess up. She loves swimming with her friends, they would always hang out and they would always get jealous because of how perfect she is. Until Kara notice something. Perfection was just an illusion which she has been struggling for as long as she can succeed. When she started taking drugs for a pimples and would block her face it became worst. Later on she has no friends, her grades went down, her life was miserable. Her mom did whatever to help. Kara soon finds out that there was people behind why her was not perfect and she would go around to find out secrets so that her life can be back the same.

For me I only read this book cause I wanted to to read something different because usually I would read fantasy books. Overall I think I liked and enjoy the book because there was no confusing stuff going on in the story if you keep reading.

I would consider you to read this book only if you're into dramas.
