The Fellowship of the Ring

J.R.R Tolkien writes the book “The fellowship of the Ring”, J.R.R Tolkien has written the Lord of the Rings trilogy, which are great books because they are about how people are fighting this evil person and how they have an adventure meeting new people, creatures, going to a new place. I really like adventure books like the “The Lord of the Rings” Trilogy.  The theme of the book is that you should always have confidence in yourself and try to have an adventure once in your lifetime instead of sticking in on place for the rest of your life.

The fellowship of the ring is about named Frodo Baggins who has been given the ring and it is his job to destroy the ring in the fires of Mordor.   Even though Frodo don’t have a clue where Mordor is located he has some help from the wizard known as Gandalf the Grey, Frodo also has his friends go along with him their names are Sam, Pippin, and Merry.   While Frodo and his friends arrive at Bree they meet, a person named Aragon also known as “Strider” who helps them get to Riverdale because Gandalf did not show up at Bree to help them because he went to see his other wizard friend known as Sarumon, but Sarumon ends up betraying him and trapping Gandalf in his tower. Frodo and his friends left Bree because it was under attack by the Black Riders so they could not let them capture Frodo or the ring. When they got to Riverdale Gandalf was already there, when they set out for their quest there was nine of them Frodo, Sam, Gandalf, Merry, Pippin, Boromir, Legolas, Aragorn, and Gimli. When they got to Moria Gandalf was separated from them, but they kept going on with their quest. When they went on with their quest they went to Lothlórien, where Frodo saw the Eye of Sauron in a magic mirror, after a stopover in Lothlórien, they head down the River Anduin. That is where they all were separated because the orcs attacked them Frodo and Sam continued going towards Mordor, Merry and Pippin were captured by some of the orcs so Legolas, Aragorn, and Gimli went after them and Boromir was killed by the orcs.

I would recommend this book to those who like adventure type books because this book is mostly about how the people travel from one place to another, if you do not like the book than you should not read it and get a different book that you like better.
