The Truth About Alice

The book that I was reading is called the truth about Alice by Jennifer mathieu. This is a teen fiction book about a girl named Alice. In the book they describe Alice as a tall skinny girl with a pixie haircut, high school student, the "school slut", & the girl "responsible for Brandon's death".

Of course these are all rumors so we don't know if all these things are true about Alice, but I'll give you a quick overview about the story.

The truth about Alice is a book about a girl that is in high school, she's somewhat popular.

Characters that are in the story are Elaine which is this evil popular pretty girl, josh which is a popular f'boy, Kurt which is a school nerd & then is Alice's "Best friend" Kelsey... All these people know something about Alice that could potentially ruin her life at school. like how she was responsible for Brandon's death, or how she slept with 3 guys all in one night & many other rumors. There is a lot of conflict between characters & every person has their own chapter in the story, kinda like their own diary just with other people's diary in It too. A lot of people don't like

Alice for what they heard about her but you can find out if they're true at the end of the story.

I think that this was a really good book. I personally really liked it, it's very realistic & you are able to visualize every detail. This is a book that is mainly focused on teenagers, it does have somewhat bad language that may not be appropriate for kids under teen age. I refer this book to all teenagers just because it's kinda relatable, maybe more than others. But it kinda just keeps you wanting to read more & more. I personally don't like reading all that much but once I started reading this book it just really caught my attention very quickly. Definitely referring this book to every teenager.
