Naruto: Volume 1: The Tests of the Ninja

The title of the book I've been reading is “Naruto Vol 1 TheTests Of The Ninja” the story and art by Masashi Kishimoto. Masashi Kishimoto wrote the entire Naruto series and the one I read was the very first. The first book of the series is the start of the main character Naruto and his adventure in the ninja world he was born into. And in his adventure he would encounter great enemies and challenges but he will also make many friends and overcome many of the conflicts that come his way.

Naruto’s story begins with him in the Leaf Village, that is where he was born and where he lives. Naruto goes to the ninja academy and that is a school for young kids who want to become ninjas. But Naruto’s childhood wasn't all humble and nice as you might expect, his beginnings were horrible. His entire childhood he lived by himself because his parents died when he was born. The people of the village distanced themselves from him even keeping away their children whenever they could. He never had any friends, but there was one kid who went through something similar. And his name was Sasuke, Sasuke knew what Naruto was going through and that was how they kind of got along. The reason I'm saying “kind of” is because Naruto didn't like the way Sasuke was better than him at almost everything as well as getting all the girls at the ninja academy, and Sasuke thought that Naruto was a loser. If you want to know more you should get the book!

Personally I loved the book! I think the entire series that he made is really good and had a lot of time spent on it. I really like the book because you get to see the main character and other characters develop throughout the series. On this one book though I think it was great because it shows you the main character Naruto’s beginnings. I think this manga series was made obviously for people who like anime/manga but also for people who like action, pictures,  character development, drama, etc. I really think you should check out the manga series and get a taste for yourself of what it's like. Once you start the series you really get deep into it after the first couple books.

  1. Naruto is my book because he followed his ninja way. People doubt him hated him and also was scared of him because of the nine tail fox.naruto became a ninja to rise up to lead the village as hokage.
