Ranger's Apprentice: The Burning Bridge

The name of the author is John Flanagan. He was born Australia and still lives there. He has written 12 books in the RangersApprentice series and is now writing the Brotherband Chronicles. His first book was a New York Times Best Seller.

The second book in the ranger’s apprentice series is about Will and his friends Horace, Evanlyn, and Gilan a current Ranger and former apprentice to Halt, Will’s mentor, are In a country called Celtica going to ask for their aid in the upcoming battle with Morgarath. But what worries them is that all of the celtic people have disappeared and there is no sign of conflict. When Gilan goes to till the king and the others walk back they find a group of Wargals (Morgarath’s army) and they decide to follow them and discover what Morgarath’s plan really is to the battle between him and the kingdom.

I recommend this book because of the author, because he is a great writer and describes everything in the scene. He also gets you loving all of the main characters in the book. Also this is a great series that millions of others have bought. And all the readers love the series and so will everyone else that does.
