Evermore

The book I read was Evermore by Alyson Noël. This book is a fantasy novel. This is the first book in the Immortals series. It's the story of how true love never dies and it teaches the reader of how important the will of living is. This book is about a girl name Ever Bloom, who's the only person that survived in her family in a car accident. After that accident, she develops psychic powers and later on meets a guy name Damen. Ever is drawn to Damen but confused about him at the same time. These two characters face many conflicts in the story and Ever slowly unravels Damen’s secrets as they get closer.

After a terrible car accident, Ever Bloom, a sixteen-year-old lost her whole family and she developed an ability see people's auras, read their minds, and know someone's entire life story just by a touch. For this reason she always avoid people and has very few friends at her school. Her world totally changed when she meets a mysterious guy name Damen Auguste. Damen is very good-looking and wealthy. Ever can't see Damen's aura and he's the only person who can silence all the noise in her head. As Ever finds out more and more about Damen, she's left with more questions than answers. Ever realized that Damen has a lot to do with her life then she expected. Ever has no idea who he really is but she knows that she's falling for him.

This book is a great teen romance book. I would recommend this book for readers who like to read romance fantasy and paranormal genre. I like how the plot is not predictable and that's what made me wanting to read more. I also really like how Evermore isn't just about romance, it has lots of tragic events throughout the story. It's an interesting book and I enjoyed reading it.
