Title: Sword Art Online
Author: Tsubasa Haduki
This book was kind of similar to Tsubasa’s books because
usually all of his books are about games. Overall this book is awesome and fun
because it talks about a game that can be brought into real life feelings. A
theme I have for this book is “Hope is what makes us strong, it is why we are
here, it is what we fight for when all else is lost”. This book is basically
about a boy named Kirito who decided to try out a virtual reality game (virtual
reality game is a headgear technology that connects your brain to the actual
game world platform) when he got to the game he made lots of great friends and
of course he found someone he loved and that girl's name is Asuna but Asuna is
in a guild that has a member that is actually a toxic bad person General
Eugene. After Eugene realized that Asuna is in deep love with Kirito he got
jealous and kidnapped her and took her to the tallest building in the game
named Alne after Kirito realized that he rushed as fast as possible to save her
he battled over 100 million mecha monsters and reached Asuna’s cage he got her
out and slated Eugene but Eugene did something forbidden in the game and hacked
the system which made him immortal even the creator of the game Sword Art
Online named Kayaba couldn't hack back his own game but what Kayaba did was
have a lot of faith and hope in Kirito to fight and win so what he did was
connect his system to Kirito’s system and gave Kirito and Eugene the best and
strongest blade in the game “Excalibur”. Kirito defeated Eugene and they got
out of the virtual reality game quickly to find each other in the reality
world. Yes, I really like this book because it talks a lot about games and
entertainment which is really enjoyable. Overall I would say maybe half of the
readers might like it because it's a anime comic book and talking about games it's
also a big book that can be read in a day because it is comic books after they
are easily rushed through. I would recommend this book when you have nothing to
do or having free time because this book doesn't really have nothing to do with
helping you educate it just make you have fun while reading and will you eager
to know what's gonna happened next because things escalated quick in these kind
of books.
