Hand Me Down

The book I read is called Hand Me Down, by Melanie Thorne. This is the only book I read from her. The genre of this book is fiction . Hand Me Down is about  a series of family betrayals that separates two sisters and propels them on a journey of broken promises and dangerous secrets as they search for a safe home.

Elizabeth has spent most of her life protecting her little sister from her dad. Elizabeth mom and dad separated, because their father was a drunken and their father abuse their mother went he drink. Went their mom married a ex-con, and had a child with he, her mother new husband parole officer call and say that Elizabeth and Jaime can still at the house went Terrence is there, so Elizabeth and Jaime have to be separated, Elizabeth went to live with her aunt tommy and the Jaime went to live with her dad.

This book is really good and I enjoy reading it, if you love reading a fiction book I recommend this book for you, because it tell you about having a broken family how it like having a separated parent, and you have to chose which parents house you want to go to, that why you should read this book.
